A new week....

Thank you to all of you who entered the drawing to win the heart patterns......tuck this information away in a safe place.....my email address is (norma@timelesstraditionsquilts.com)  You need to email me with your desire to win.  I love you all and would like to share with everyone.

One more give away.......today, the pattern will go to the tenth person to email me.  I hope everyone had a sweet valentines day and that you celebrated in fine style!  At our house, Bruce was sick, so I made chicken soup for my sweetheart and tucked him into bed early!  I guess every day should be a celebration, but we'll do something extra special one of these days.

I believe you all realize by now that antique quilts made my heart go pitter...patter!  The following quilts that were at Road to California almost sent me into tachycardia. (extremely rapid heart rate)

Love 2 colored quilts....I've not often seen 2 colored quilts with green and white.

This quilt was just sensational!  The hand quilting is unbelievable.

Every 1/2 inch!

I loved this modern house design.....the straight line quilting done throughout really helped to set it off.

So warm and cozy looking.....just begging someone to curl up in it!

Isn't this a beautiful and inviting booth?  Thank goodness some people are very generous in letting their booth be photographed.

As I mentioned in an earlier post there were quilts from all over the United States.

The machine quilting on this quilt was absolutely amazing......a real work of art.

Love!!!

I still have so much more to share with you......you will have to be patient, because I am about to leave town again for teaching.  But then I will have more to share.  This is going to be a busy few months for me.  Chad and Abbie are going to accompany me on this next trip to Moab, Utah.  Chad helps with my trunk show with his very long arms on his 6' 6" frame.  The ladies always let him know when he holds them upside down! :-)

  2. These quilts are just stunning! I also really appreciate that you've included the little 'card' that gives the information about the quilt. I can't believe the beautiful hand quilting (1/2" !!!!) on the one quilt. Truly beautiful!
