Snow Buddies.
This bag, was made for me by my very dear friend. I received it last evening when our quilt group met. What a lucky and happy lady I am today.
There was a pincushion exchange and this is one of them.
The scene on the opposite side, was just as sweet.
Here is another pincushion which was received with a happy heart!
And these 2 wee pin keeps place inside antique salt cellars.
After enjoying a scrumptious meal of homemade soup, warm bread sticks and a yummy salad, we had our show and tell.
I shared this quilt, Remember the Giver.
And this new quilt which I am working on.
Vickie shared these 2 vintage quilt tops which she purchased at an estate sale. We decided she hit the jack pot! She bought the 2 tops for $15.00.
Julie, share this quilt which she just completed. It is just waiting for the binding. Stunning!
Valerie, shared this completed quilt top from one of Cherie Payne's patterns. We loved it.
This is the Bee Happy quilt which Valerie is working on. It is a pattern, by Lori Holt.
Kerry, brought this soft and beautiful quilt.
The background for the quilt did not disappoint.
Leslie, is nearly finished piecing her Dear Jane quilt. She is planning on hand quilting it.
Here is the quilt which Leslie just made and has named it Lucy's Quilt. She will be teaching this at the quilt retreat coming up in February at Bryce Canyon. She is also hand quilting this.
I returned home inspired, and a bag of home made ginger snap cookies which dear Vicki gave me! All is well on this front!

I love your snow buddies and I have plenty of wool to make them. Also have a couple of some bodies who would it. Thanks for all you do.
ReplyDeleteYou sure do quilt with talented friends. So much inspiration! Love the pin keeps in salt cellars .... doubt my mother would let me do that with her set. Need to find a miscellaneous one in an antique shop!
ReplyDeleteWow!!! You have some amazing talent in your group. I love every single quilt in the show and tell. The Cheri Payne Christmas quilt especially, I have to try and find that pattern.
