I will soon be flying to New York with 3 friends; Gaylyn, Diane and Leslie. We will be going upstate to the Country Living Fair. I couldn't leave on this adventure without some hand sewing and of course a good book. I've had this idea in my mind, so have put a few of these squares together on my design wall, and decided that they will be an easy, compact project to tuck away in my carry on. I'm not certain what I will do with them but it will all fall in to place eventually....I hope! I think it has both a contemporary feel as well as an antique look.
