Quilts in the Art Museum

Good Morning....:-)

Checkerboard stars

When I first saw this quilt, I thought of floor tiles....the border is lovely.

Flowers and birds...

The scallop borders look dimensional.

Lone Star.....the soft aqua blue fans out beautifully.

Delectable mountain pin wheels with exquisite quilting.

Striking...

close up....I love the colors.

Soft and feminine.

Which brings us to the fabric give a way for today.  Eight fat 1/8ths of Penny Rose shirting's by Riley Blake.  A really nice mix in blue.  They will go to the fifth person to respond to me at   norma@timelesstraditionsquilts.com

I needed to test out a pattern yesterday so I tried the Riley Blake fabrics in blue....these will be the give a way for tomorrow.  The wording in the basket is....the heart that gives gathers.

"A cup that is already full cannot lave more added to it.  In order to receive the further good, we must give of that which we have".    -Margaret Becker

Enjoy your day!
