Delicious Autumn!

"My very soul is wedded to it!" - George Eliot

I invite you along to yet another shopping foray.

More quilts!  This is an unusual design.

Hexagons!  For the love of handwork.

The possibilities with Yo-Yo!

Stars and honest Abe!  We need your wisdom and your guidance!

The Carolina Lily....I believe.

A most charming Rocking Horse!!!

A peaceful setting.....this has the look of a Warren Kimball design.  Peace and tranquility.

Moving along to the next stop.  Vintage, unique, and refurbished goods.  Getting close to an overload.  An Abundance of Vintage, Unique and  Beautifully Refurbished Goods!!!

My daughters are talking about making pickles this fall, they need one of these crocks.

Oh My!  A must for every sewing room!

Do you think this a type of icebox?  The block of ice in the bottom, and things needing to be kept cold in the top?

I will let you take the shopping in increments.....more tomorrow.  I felt like I needed to stop and absorb what I was seeing.

At last, I'm home for a second Wed. drawing.....the names selected are - Debbie Lindgren, Myra Katz, and Judy Urban.
Please contact me with your pattern selection......and don't forget you name and address in your excitement.

"Stuff your eyes with wonder....Live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds.  See the world.  It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories."  -Ray Bradbury

  1. Generally the ice was stored in the top of the icebox. Cold falls and heat rises. Beautiful antique show. Thanks!
