First of all.....The quilt I showed yesterday is by Kathi Campbell - Heart to Hand.
Does this quilt ever have a story.....after market I decided I needed new booth curtains, so I washed them, dismantled them and decided to make a quilt using them. This is the top completed with my fine, long armed husband holding it. I'm going to call it Center Stage.
I decided to put my initials here in the corner. It reads, with needle and thread. It is really a scrappy quilt, and after I wash it, it will look like an old timey quilt....that is what I want to achieve. Plus it will be nice and soft and ready for winter napping.
I had an oops, and accidentally made a little snip where I wasn't suppose to......so thus the itty, bitty patch. Perhaps it will add to the charm! :-)
It snowed last night....a beautiful fluffy covering of about 2 inches. More is predicted to be on it's way. This is when I love having snow, so let it snow.

I love that you reused, made do, and made a quilt. I love the patch, so charming. It too has stories to tell and memories to share.
