I discovered this journal while shopping and decided I would share all of the quotes with you then I would have a random give away one day......after all Love is in the air.
This is the first divider page in the journal.
I finished binding my table runner today, and decided to name it Spring Blooms. I hope to deliver it to my talented graphic designer who is also my friend. She is fighting a cold so let's say that I hope to deliver it tomorrow to have the pattern made.
Nothing is complete without the label sewn in place.
The road to Bryce Canyon is a beautiful one.
The skies were just so incredibly blue.
The contrast of the blue skies and red rock takes my breath away every time I see it.
Utah has spectacular and diverse scenery.
Leslie, does many things well. This is the sweater she knitted for her little granddaughter .
And this one is being made for the new little sister.
This is a free pattern which will be given to the first 2 readers who email me with their names and addresses. www.norma@timelesstraditionsquilts.com
You have got another gorgeous pattern in the works!! Would look beautiful in wools too! I agree Utah is beautiful and their Quilt shops are out of this world!

ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for journals, and that one is lovely. Love the first divider page, colours of my life. Can you let me know the ISBN ID like to try and find one.
ReplyDeleteBryce Canyon is my favourite of the ones in the area. I first went there when I was about 12 on a family vacation and have loved it ever since for the reasons you described, the Orange against the blue is amazing. I like it more than the Grand Canyon. I was fortunate one year to driver down in April 2008 and ther was still snow on the ground and in the canyon. It was magical. I want to go back again soon.
Thanks for sharing your photos Norma.
Spring blooms is gorgeous! I enjoy journals too... though some of them are "too pretty to write in"... lol! Paper, fabric... both the beginning of the creative process! :-)
