Valerie has been busy making small folk ark quilts for the season. They are all designs by Cherie Paine.
She decided to not put faces on her pumpkins so that it would be appropriate through Thanksgiving. I love the plaid in the bottom right hand corner. She said that it is an old fabric from her stash. That is why it is very important to build up ones stash.....don't you agree?
We all decided that we loved the purple socks on the witch. I like her green face too.
The dots in the black border is an interesting touch.
The evening was completed with Liz sharing her beautiful red and white quilt.

Love all the seasonal quilts, but I have to be honest and say that my breath was taken away by that fabulous red and white quilt. Wow!

ReplyDeleteGreat Pumpkin Quilts!!! Most of those are still on my bucket-list to do! How fun to see them, love how the one used a plaid background, I would have never of thought of that-such inspiration! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI can't decide which quilt I like the best cuz they're all wonderful, but I sure do love all the Cheri Payne designs! I guess Yvonne didn't make it since she's gone to Oregon.
