Their have been inquiries as to my state of well being.......I am happy to report that I'm just fine.

I really have not meant to abandon you....I've just been spinning my wheels a bit!  The Bits and Bobs Facebook group was way more eagerly accepted than I ever imagined.  I can see that I'd better be organized and thinking and planning ahead.  The January project with the Heart Table Mat kits I made, have disappeared, and I had made bunches, more than I expected to sell, thinking I'd have a few extra to sell off my web site.  Not so!  I'm patiently waiting for another bolt of the plaid background fabric so that I can mail the rest of the orders.  Please do not lose patience with us.  I say us because my faithful side kick is also involved in this endeavor.

I have off centered this picture and do not know how to fix it.....I've been making some progress on my slow stitching project, and I have enjoyed working on this quilt.  This picture is a bit fuzzy, but maybe the other pictures will give you a better look at it.  By the way my quilt holder is back at his post! :-)

 

 

 

I love this house block.  I have plans for a smaller project using this block.

 

 

 

Working ahead for Bits and Bobs.  This will be February's project.  I've loved this quote by Abraham Lincoln and decided to incorporate it into this picture.  I have tea dyed osnaburg for the background.  I had the picture under glass, but took it out because of the glare for photography.
