How Does Your Garden Grow?

Good Morning!
The quilt top has been completed, however, a quilt is not complete without the quilting.  It is now in the hands of the talented lady who quilts for me.

Shown here is a close up of the sunflower detail on the Left lower border.

In the lower right corner there is a garden angel holding a banner which says, "Sow  seeds of  Kindness." My husband thought she ought to have hair.......I told him I don't do hair.  Then the little sign at the bottom reads...."Live in the Sunlight".  Speaking of....it is to be another sun shining type of day today here in Utah.

And....in the upper left top border is a Dove with a banner in her mouth, which reads, "Live gently upon the Earth".

Today my agenda is filled!  I want to complete all of the kits I will be taking with me to Ruby's Inn quilt retreat......and I'd like to start on my new pattern and this list just keeps growing.

  2. Norma,
Once again you have created a beautiful quilt. I love homespuns and wool, the triangle shape is a fun creative shape for the wool pictures. Look forward to seeing it quilted.

  3. Your quilt top is lovely, maybe your quilter can add some hair and a halo. It is nice to see the whole layout in one shoot.
