Blue skies abd sunshine...

More quilt retreat photos.  American Quilting, located in Orem, Utah was also a vendor at the retreat.  Amy, the shop owner designs patterns Under the Garden Moon logo.  Above you can see her new design.....featuring a quilt block for every letter of the alphabet.....I found myself going back several times to look at this beautiful quilt.

More Under the Garden Moon......adorable little churn dashes surrounding large blocks...plus you can see other goodies displayed.

More......I made the Nativity scene and put it into a pillow.  I gave it as a gift.  I'd like to make it again.....searching for the time, as it seems to keep hiding from me.  :-)

This is a beauty.....so wonderfully vintage!  Amy made this quilt to replicate a thread bare one  which her Grandma had made.  Threadbare, because it was so well loved.......and that's a good thing.

How Does Your Garden Grow.....the pattern is complete and will be on my web site today.

And here are 2 of my favorite people....Nikki and her mother Orva.  Had to capture this moment.......they had just completed shopping at our room.  They will be busy for some time......don't you agree?

About the blue skies and sunshine, the tulips are beginning to peek through the earth.  Love the first hints of spring.  They always have a rude awakening before they reach their full beautiful potential......we have springtime snows here so close to the mountains.

Someone asked what book the heart pillow was in.....It is called Folk Heart Threads by Needle Love.

Hope you all are having blue skies and sunshine, and if not, that you are warm and cozy with time to create or second best, a good book.
