Humor me please......just one picture today showing Wyatt with his trusted guardian laying on the quilt I made for him. Wyatt's Auntie Katrina and Uncle Jess just returned from a trip to Ohio and this is a photo taken by Jess.
When our quilt group met this past week, it seemed baby quilts were on the agenda.....soft shades of blue sashed with a soft sateen finished fabric.

Leslie's niece picked these soft muted colors.....of course it is hand quilted!
Leslie is having fun trying new things. Her daughter in law who is expecting wanted a baby quilt with feathers. This one grew too large so she is working on a smaller one. I think the feathers would make great trees.
Thanksgiving is fast approaching and I thought I'd share this quote by Oprah Winfrey.

Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received. Thankfulness is the natural impulse to express that feeling. Thanksgiving is the following of that impulse- Henry Van Dyke
