Good Morning.....

I enjoyed my week end and hope you did to.  Abbie came for a visit, because Chad is hunkered down in the law library studying for finals.  It was such a balmy beautiful day, that we decided to take her little Tucker for a walk.  What a delight!  I also managed to put a little of my ba humbug attitude aside and did a little more decorating.

I'm certain many of you are familiar with this quilt from the book, Christmas of Not.  It was a Linda Brannock design, if my memory serves me right.  I apologize for the picture being so blurry.  I really love this quilt.  I guess we all have our favorites.

This quilt ended up on the back of my couch......available for winter months and napping! :-)  yes, I love a good snuggly nap now and then, and so does Bruce......and I have pictures of my niece Sarah having a nap on this couch and snuggled under a quilt.....and my kids have taken a nap or two here.  They all know and understand the exquisiteness of sweet sleep under a quilt!

I thought my angel pillow made for me by my friend Kerry would look nice there also.  "May Angels keep thee on all thy ways."  Napping on my couch has rules.......one must not place one's head on my special pillows!  That is what the plain red pillows are for.

I decided to fill this wooden bowl with greens and such and tuck in these little snow men that say , Tis The Season.  Perhaps one of these days the snow will arrive.  I could enjoy these balmy temperatures and sunshine all winter long, except that I think about our lack of water come summer.

Susie....sent me another great quote "Christmas is not as much about opening our presents as opening our hearts."  -Janice Maeditere

The Snow Buddies pillow pattern was won by Jacque Becker.
