An evening with friends.....

 

 

We gathered at Gaylyn's home for an evening of stitching, laughs, inspiration and delicious food.  I haven't found the time to download the pictures of Gaylyn's lovely home and quilts, but I promise to share them tomorrow. 

 

I'm having problems with this post.....somehow everything is blurry....sorry. :-(  These are 4 of my very dear friends.....they were posing with our scrumptious desert.

Our table was set so beautifully.  We had a marvelous home made soup which warmed us on such a cold night.  Gaylyn also served a side plate with fresh fruit.  It was all very lovely.

If I don't enlarge this picture you can see just how cute the bowl is.  Each of our bowls had a different bird......just so sweet and charming.

This will be short and sweet today, until I get this computer snag figured out.  One inspirational thing to share.....Leslie had the following label on a quilt to her daughter.
"At the end of the day, the only questions I will ask myself are...
Did I love enough?
Did I laugh enough?
Did I make a difference?
I'll leave you with that to ponder......those are important questions to consider.
