I'll try again......

Hoping for better results.  Just when I get something figured out, it changes and sets me in a tailspin.  I'm way better at quilting than I am at being techy.  You know doubt have figured that out by now....but give me credit for trying.  Please!

Isn't this border fabric incredibly beautiful?  For me, to see Gaylyn's beautiful home, to be inspired by her beautiful quilts and her creativity, and then to share the warmth of good food and friendship was a gift beyond measure.  I felt cozy, contented and so appreciative of this gift of friendship which I enjoy.

This little quilt graces a side table.

I remember Gaylyn working on this applique on one of our girlfriend trips.

With her high ceilings and the open areas make for splendid places to display her quilts.  This is her version of the Red Wagon design.....Trees Around the World.

.....And her Bible Quilt by Jan Patek.

What an incredible contrast.....the old cupboard, a beautiful quilt and the shine of silver......and a grandchild's blue truck! :-)  This contrast of items reminds me of the following quote.
"From this hour, I ordain myself loosed of limits, and imaginary lines."  -Walt Whitman
Have a marvelous week end.
