Keeping my needle and thread busy....

 

 

I have a bunch of ideas I'm wanting to create and this is the next one.

 

 

My plan is that this sun will be the center of a table topper which will have a verse embroidered around the edge.  And then I visualize a pieced border after that.  I hope to complete more of the embroidery on the other borders sometime tomorrow.

 

I have completed the second 12 kits for this quilt, 'The Gathering Baskets.'  The first 12 were sold on the first day.  The second 12 will be almost the same as the sample.  There are a couple of minor variations which I like just as well as the originals ones.
