"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.  It would be just terrible if we skipped from September to November, wouldn't it?"  -Anne of Green Gables
We have enjoyed a marvelous fall week-end and hope that you have also.  I just thrive on this time of crisp mornings and sleeping with the windows crisp and pumpkin bread.
A visit to the Temecula Quilt Company was an inspiring experience.  The store was filled with so much quilting goodness.....I was in love with everything I saw.

Piecing Precision!

Amazing samples every where you looked.

One of everything please! :-)
The store was so very neat and tidy and organized.....I found it to be restful and not over whelming.

I absolutely love this miniature applique in this frame.

A feast for the eyes.......regular eye candy at it's best.

The displays were all so artistically done.

My heart was pitter pattering at quite a clip!

Houses.......Oh! how I love them!  See how the thread is displayed in the Ball Jars....

I will complete the Temecula Quilt Company tomorrow.
"Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only wall."  -Joseph Campbell

  1. One of my all time favourite shops! Thanks for the visit! Ahh the eye candy!

  2. When I opened your blog I thought you must have the most restful sewing room, then when I started to read it and realized it was Temecula Quilt co. I was beyond excited. I get to finally go there on Thursday and your pictures have greatly enhanced my anticipation. Thank you and I also so enjoy your quotes

  3. Visiting the Temecula Quilt Co. is definitely on my bucket list. I'm not sure I'll ever get there, so I'm loving visiting it vicariously through you! ;-)

  4. I wanted to go there for a long time. Thanks so much for sharing the pictures :-)

  5. Thank you for the pictures! This shop has such fun little quilt alongs too. I think Primitive Gatherings has a new shop somewhere in the area of this one? Not sure exactly where it is.

  6. TQS is a lovely shop, I like the quiet spaces she has, my only wish is that I didn't live so far away.

  7. Oh, thank you for your great pics of yummy quilts. I've so wanted to visitTemecula, and I kind of feel as if I have!

  8. I absolutely love that shop! It's too bad I live in Michigan and have only been able to visit there twice. If I lived closer it would be quite expensive 😉

  9. Oh this shop is so on my bucket list - it looks so inviting and a real feast for the eyes to take in. Thanks for taking us along - can't wait to see the rest. As always your quotes inspire me. Hugs - Karen

  10. Thanks for the tour Norma, I'll probably never get there but I do order online.

  11. Thank you very much for these pictures. I am a Temecula lover. Visiting this shop is one of my dreams, but unfortunately it's too far from my home.... Hugs from France

  12. I love Temecula Quilt's blog (almost as much as yours!) and really love their quilt-alongs. Last year's 12 Days of Christmas was so cool and they're gearing up for another one starting December 1. Check it out, Norma!
