Autumn....

"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.  It would be just terrible if we skipped from September to November, wouldn't it?"  -Anne of Green Gables

We have enjoyed a marvelous fall week-end and hope that you have also.  I just thrive on this time of year......cool crisp mornings and sleeping with the windows open....apple crisp and pumpkin bread.

A visit to the Temecula Quilt Company was an inspiring experience.  The store was filled with so much quilting goodness.....I was in love with everything I saw.

Piecing Precision!

Amazing samples every where you looked.

One of everything please! :-)

The store was so very neat and tidy and organized.....I found it to be restful and not over whelming.

I absolutely love this miniature applique in this frame.

A feast for the eyes.......regular eye candy at it's best.

The displays were all so artistically done.

My heart was pitter pattering at quite a clip!

Houses.......Oh! how I love them!  See how the thread is displayed in the Ball Jars....

I will complete the Temecula Quilt Company tomorrow.

  2. When I opened your blog I thought you must have the most restful sewing room, then when I started to read it and realized it was Temecula Quilt co. I was beyond excited. I get to finally go there on Thursday and your pictures have greatly enhanced my anticipation. Thank you and I also so enjoy your quotes

  6. TQS is a lovely shop, I like the quiet spaces she has, my only wish is that I didn't live so far away.

  8. I absolutely love that shop! It's too bad I live in Michigan and have only been able to visit there twice. If I lived closer it would be quite expensive 😉

  12. I love Temecula Quilt's blog (almost as much as yours!) and really love their quilt-alongs. Last year's 12 Days of Christmas was so cool and they're gearing up for another one starting December 1. Check it out, Norma!
