Wandering Ways......

......is the name I've chosen for my new quilt.  I've had many names picked out but this is the one that stuck.  I'm happy to report that the pattern is written and just about ready to place on my web site.  What I'm happiest about is that it is ready to hang in my booth at Quilt Market in May which will be held here in Salt Lake City.

Wandering Ways is finished at last.  This quilt was absolutely a joy to create!  Every block was a special new project.

It was an adventure digging through my fabrics and trying to decide which pieces had just the right look.  I wanted the overall look to be old and charming.  I will have fabric packs for sell in the same color way as what I used.  It will be a large enough bundle to get well on your way to making the quilt.

And then, who could resist keeping an eye out for more new fabrics to place in the mix.

Making this quilt is much like putting a puzzle together.

This quilt has an antique muslin used for the background, and now I am making this particular block up on a black background.  It will have a much different look.  I'll share it when I get it completed.

"The world is a great mirror.  It reflects back to you what you are.  If you are loving, if you are friendly, if you are helpful, the world will prove loving and friendly and helpful to you.  You see the world as you are."  -Thomas Dreier
