After a lovely visit....

....with special friends, I return with fresh enthusiasm to pursue some of my imaginings!  But first a few photos taken in the haven our friends call their yard.  They are happy to share with you their peaceful  and tranquil surroundings.

Along the paths throughout their woods are special keepsakes.  "Love leads where little footprints grow."  A special remembrance of walking these paths with their grandson.

This is what a row of Hosta's look like after the deer came for dinner.  They shared with us pictures of the most adorable fawns munching a way at their vegetables.

Bruce enjoying his morning coffee while enjoying the peace and quiet.

Here is a remembrance of their sweet Maggie, who left a big vacancy in their hearts and home when she left about a year ago.

What a perfect setting for the Tranquility Prayer. "God grant me the serenity for accepting things I cannot change.  Courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference."

Tim has given Lynn many angels as gifts.  I especially loved this dear little angel.  I love what angels represent.

This angel is quite elegant.

What an awesome tree......it has so much character.

The path diverged in a soon to be yellow woods....

Bruce taking time to enjoy the sunshine and to reflect.

The many different shades of green.

In the distance I noticed this little burst of color......and under further investigation I discovered this little cluster of berries.  An indicator of saying farewell to summer and ushering in glorious Autumn.

It is time for a give away.  I received these wonderful pack of 5 inch squares from Diamond Textiles.  I know you all love them as much as I do.  This selection is called Hickory Ridge.  I will give them to the 10th person to email me with your address to norma@timelesstraditionsquilts.com

What is in our heart becomes our perception.  With that, keep a happy heart!
