......and I will soon have my first flowers visiting in the garden. The miracle of a seed or bulb lying dormant all winter. And, most perennials grow more abundant with the seasons.....and I think we can see this same abundance in the hearts and lives of our elderly friends.
This quilt it a bit outrageous, and it really does look like ties were used......back, when nothing was wasted.
I found this old quilt quite charming. Especially with the addition of the pink. Notice the one block in the 4th row.
I know it is redundant of me to say this.....but I so love a sweet nine patch, and scrappy like this one especially.
In close proximity to Brigham City, and other areas throughout Utah, peach orchards abound. Nothing like a fresh peach shake!
