Sniffling.......but getting better!

I stayed well all winter, but have been sniffling and napping and trying to read and to stitch a bit.  I've tried to embrace this cold, and to find time to rest up, but that is just not in my nature.

My New Quilt Mania magazine came, and I loved this quote on the front.  Thought I needed to share it with you.

The Summer Banner is ready to be quilted.  The size of it is, 16 inches x 26 inches.  This one is just a wee bit longer than the other ones.

The bees are buzzing!

While I was in St George, a box of my books were to be delivered.  Long story made short, because of weather they did not arrive.  Now I finally have them and they will be put on my web site tomorrow.  I was sorry to disappoint those who patiently waited for them, but they are now available.  This book has 18 different projects in it.

I promised pictures from Angela's lovely home, so I'll get started today.  Quilts add such warmth and coziness to a home.

And, quilts were tucked in here and there.  I would have liked to untuck them to see them more completely, but decided to mind my manners.

I was amazed at how much snow Park City still had.  Bunches!  So, it was fitting that she have my snowman pillow displayed on her couch.

I peeked in her guest room and this is the beautiful quilt that was on the bed.

  2. I look forward to your blog and enjoy the many pictures and commentary. I particularly love the quotations at the end. They are so uplifting and positive. Maybe because they are similar to my philosophy of life. Keep up the good work.
