A clean slate....

A new year is always a chance to start over.  In stead of resolutions we need to make decisions to pay attention to our health, to feed our souls and to do the things that we enjoy.  The things that bring us peace, happiness and contentment.  Now on another note...today is our last day at Sweet Lavender.  It's been great going hasn't it?  Like I said yesterday, there is a bit of wool.

Here is another wool applique design by Primitive Gatherings.....really charming.

This Santa Claus is awesome.  Personally, I fell in love with the little heads at the bottom....so unique!

The sheep on this table just begged to have her picture taken!  She is posing on an adorable little table mat. I covet the little scissors holder which is leaning on the sheep.....who said, "lean on me"!  (I am in that kind of mood this morning, you will just have to put up with me.)

And a wall of patterns with baskets of goodies on the floor.  I need to mention the buttons.  Alisa who accompanied me bought several very unique and wonderful buttons for some of her knitting projects......and that's not all she bought.....and I did not leave empty handed either.  I had in mind that it would just be a quick trip up there to pick up my samples that needed to collected......there are no quick trips, as it is the best place to just browse around slowly.......but that was just fine with us, because it gave us a chance to have lunch.

  1. It's been a lot of fun seeing all the eye candy and inspiration in this shop--I'm just glad it's not in my neighborhood, or I would be in a lot of trouble!
