My Goodness!.......

It's Friday already, another week flew by......however, tomorrow is the Quilt Show in the Barn, presented by the "Gone To Pieces" quilters. For all of you locals, it is 10:00 to 5:00 with a 5 dollar admission fee.  The proceeds go to The Road Home Shelter.  This is always an amazing an inspirational show in a beautiful setting.

The first 6 people to contact me will win a 1/2 yard of the beautiful Penny Rose shirting's.

A little quilt made from the Penny Rose fabrics.

Kerry Green brought this antique quilt to our quilt group that meets at Elaine's quilt block.  A great study of old fabrics.

Many of these we can see on fabric shelves in quilt stores.

Have a splendid week end doing just what you want to be doing....:-)

  1. This quilt show has been on my calendar for months and months, but now something else has come along that I can't get out of - so I'm going to have to MISS it - poor me!

  2. Antique or vintage quilts are such a joy to me. Studying fabrics and color combinations give me a thrill.

  3. I love the shirting fabrics. Please put my name in the drawing. Thanks

  4. Is it really possible that I might actually be able to win some of your beautiful new fabrics? I enjoy your blog and check it out everyday to see what wonderful things you're sharing for the day. You have some amazing quilts and patterns. Thanks for sharing your time and talent with all of us who love to quilt!

  5. Hi Norma! I just wanted to let you know that I am currently working on the blocks from your Sweet and Simple book and I'm loving the hours of enjoyment I'm getting from this project!

  6. Norma, Is there any way to get more info on the "Life Is Beautiful" quilt that Nancy Flamm did. It is stunning!!!! Thanks, Rosemarie
