Gathering of Quilting Friends...

For a little change I thought I'd share a few photos from our evening gathering with quilting friends.

Marilyn, brought this really clever stocking made from left over denim jeans!  We all decided that it was very cute.

And, she also made these ornaments.  Very detailed, and accomplished by pinning the design onto Styrofoam balls.  Most of us considered them too detailed to even consider giving it a try.

Julie stole the show with this gorgeous bright and modern quilt.  very chic.  The background colors graduate out.  Big easy applique with great results!

There were several of the flowers which she fussy cut with wonderful results.

Valerie shared this adorable little table topper.  Notice the cute snowmen buttons.

She also brought this little runner......Snow Flakes.  We shared laughter, friendship, and inspiration with each other, and all parted ways with happy hearts! :-)
