Quilter's Station

Quilter's Station in Lee's Summit is a destination quilt shop.  There were many quilts hanging for over the top inspiration, however, I was not allowed to photograph them.....:-( sorry!

One of the classes offered was needle punch, taught by Shawn Williams, of Threads That Bind.  These are some of her fabulous designs.  I was inspired.  Julie and Karen took the class and shared what they learned with me.  So now I have my needle punch stuff out and am working on a little design.  There are just not enough hours in the day!

I was impressed with out nicely the designs are finished.

I had several of Shawn's other designs downloaded to be on todays blog but somehow in the process, they disappeared....so that's that!  Obviously something is a bit off.  I really do have a love-hate relationship with computers.  I hope I have better luck tomorrow.

  3. I find it interesting that quilt shops talk about the loss of brick and mortar shops but don't want you to share pictures of their shop when you are visiting from another area and ask if you can take pictures to share on your blog. I always ask if I can take pictures and clarify if there are any no photographs of certain quilts. After all it's free advertising for them. Glad you enjoyed the needlepunch and got to share it with us.
