My last post before Christmas........

This is a friends quilt made from my pattern, Silent Night.  This pattern will be my Christmas gift to the first person who emails me with their mailing address.

I still have a few Diamond Textile charm packs to give away, and will resume with those after the first of the year.

Someone asked about the little quilt on the back of my rocker.  It is called Winter Banner and is available on my web site.  These seasonal banners started with an Autumn one, and I know am pondering the Spring banner.  They all are the same size, so that they can be changed out with the seasons.

My little pot holder quilt is growing.  I've finished one more Courthouse Steps block and the snowflake block.  This is so enjoyable.

I wish for all of you to have a memorable Christmas time with your families.  May there be good cheer, warm hearts, and an abundance of love to share with each other.  We will have Christmas eve. with our two daughters and husbands who live here locally.  Our hearts always travel to Ohio when there are family times being shared.  Our little grandson there is just of the right age to really enter into the festivities.  We will miss them.

Then on Christmas day, we are invited to our son in law, Chad, families home for Christmas.  We are forever thankful for the warm friendship which we share with them.

"There's more to Christmas than candlelight and cheer, it's the spirit of friendship that brightens the year.  It's thoughtfulness and kindness, it's hope reborn again, for peace, for understanding and for good will to all men." -Unknown

I will be back the day after New Year's.
